1. General Terms

By using Lafeitu services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.

2. Accounts

  • Users should provide truthful and accurate registration information.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
  • Accounts may not be transferred, lent, or shared.
  • Lafeitu may restrict or close accounts that violate platform rules.

3. Products and Orders

  • Product images are for reference. Actual delivered items prevail.
  • Prices may change over time. The checkout price controls.
  • Orders must be paid within the required time window or may be cancelled automatically.
  • Lafeitu may cancel orders due to insufficient inventory, pricing errors, or other operational reasons.

4. Shipping

  • Orders above CNY 100 qualify for free shipping; otherwise the base shipping fee is CNY 14.
  • Mainland China only, excluding some remote regions.
  • Ships within 1-2 business days after payment.
  • Shipping may be delayed by force majeure events or carrier-side exceptions.

5. Returns and After-sales

  • Signed food orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
  • If you believe there is a product quality issue, contact support within 24 hours after delivery and provide product photos, package details, and order information for review.
  • Returned items must keep their original packaging and supporting evidence when applicable.
  • If a quality issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate after-sales resolution based on the case and cover reasonable necessary return or exchange shipping costs.
