Food Order Rules

  • Signed food orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
  • Please inspect the package and product condition shortly after delivery.

Quality Issues

  • If you believe there is a product quality issue, contact support within 24 hours after delivery and provide product photos, package details, and order information for review.
  • Please keep the product and outer packaging in their current condition and provide clear photos, batch details, and order information when reporting an issue.
  • If a quality issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate after-sales resolution based on the case and cover reasonable necessary return or exchange shipping costs.
